We can observe the situation with more optimism. At the same time, vaccinations are now a solution to the crisis, and we have somewhat adopted a new and more optimistic view concerning the measures and containment of the disease. There is a long road ahead of us to fully recover from the consequences of the pandemics, the road which will be most certainly challenging and difficult, especially for local communities, city administrations and, above all, our citizens.
In this regard, we are confident that associations like ours can show a global path of international and intercity cooperation. Therefore, we are optimistic that after more than a year of relative inactivity in organizing our live meetings, we shall plan our future activities on a local and international level.
Therefore, it is my pleasure to announce that on August 20, 2021, at 10.00 AM (Central European Time) or 8.00 AM (GMT), we are organizing an online event: the meeting of the Executive Board of the IAPMC, with the kind technical assistance of the Volgograd City Administration, which will provide the online platform for the session (Zoom).
We kindly ask you to mark your calendars and join us at the event. The IAPMC Secretariat will provide all the details regarding the online connections in due course of time.
