It is our pleasure to announce that this year’s meeting of the Executive Board of the International Association of Peace Messenger Cities will be hosted by the beautiful and historic coastal city of Kotor, Montenegro, from May 5 – 8, 2016.
Additionally, we have already received the confirmation from the city of Wielun, Poland, which will be hosting this year’s General Assembly. Preliminary dates for the General Assembly are set to be from August 31 to September 4, 2016.
We would like to express our gratitude to both hosting cities and to all members of the Executive Board for their participation. Important recommendations and discussions shall be carried out at the meeting, which is why we expect the full turnout for 2016 EB meeting.
We would also like to inform you that formalization of 2016 WWW IAPMC Streaming is underway. Relevant information will follow very soon and we will appreciate if you could distribute it to your primary or secondary school(s).
Please find attached the invitation letters and registration form. The later (please find it also in electronic document form) should be filled in and returned to this email address as soon as possible but no later than April 15, 2016.
