Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, October 27 - 31, 2009
25 member cities attended the Sarajevo General Assembly. IAPMC accepted seve new cities. We welcomed Barcelona (Spain), Friedrichshafen (Germany), Kumanovo (FYROM), Mexico City (Mexico), Yamoussoukro (Ivory Coast), Ypati (Greece), Zagreb (Croatia).
