The 19th General Assembly of the IAPCM was held in the city of Sochi, Russian Federation, hosted by the Sochi City Administration and organized by their Department of International Affairs. Over 40 delegates from 19 member cities attended The General Assembly. The delegates approved and adopted the proposed changes of the Statute of the IAPMC and also adopted four resolutions:
